What is the range of an electric scooter with a fully charged battery?
The maximum range depends on the driver's weight, the kind of terrain, driving style and the traffic situation. Under ideal conditions and when driving at a constant speed of 25 km/h the range is 100 km, app. 70 km when driving 45 km/h constantly. Driving in an economical and foresighted way saves energy and results in a higher range.

What is the batteries' lifespan?
If only possible, the batteries should be charged after each use (for 30 minutes at least). Silicon batteries can be charged for 350 full cycles (that is, if the battery has been discharged to a level of 20% of full capacity or bellow). The lifespan can be prolonged significantly, if batteries are charged after each use or when the load reaches a level bellow 50%. There is no risk of a "memory effect", so charging as often as possible is recommended.

How do I check the battery status?
On the dashboard you'll find an indicator informing you about battery load. When the indicator needle is in the H-range the battery is charged and ready to use, whereas its pointing to the L-range signifies that the batteries should be recharged on the next occasion available.

Is it difficult to charge the batteries?
Not at all. Firstly, the charger has to be connected into the vehicle's socket (located halfway between seat and footrest) and, secondly, the other jack should be plugged in to a 220V-socket. The charging time for a Silicone battery is app. 3-4 hours (80% of full capacity) or 5-6 hours (100%).

How about service and maintainance?
Electric scooters require an absolute minimum of technical service. The unique construction with the engine build directly into the rear wheel makes handling and maintainance a lot easier than it is the case with conventional scooters. Given the fact that the vehicle neither has no internal combustion engine, gearbox nor straps, chains, spark plugs, carburetor and doesn’t need any gas, oil etc., you can basically call it maintainance free. Virtually any driver should be able to carry out the necessary work by themselves.

Is driving an electric scooter comfortable?
There is no comparison between riding a conventional gas scooter and the noiseless and smooth experience our electric scooter will give you. The rear wheel-mounted engine sure will satisfy you by accelerating from 0 to 45 km/h in 6 seconds only.

Can I use water when cleaning the vehicle?
The electronic system has been constructed in a water-resistant way, thus permitting to use water in the cleaning process. Still, you should take care not to pour any water directly into the charging socket, the controller unit or battery case.

Is there a guarantee for the scooter?
Yes, our electric scooters are guaranteed for 12 months.
